Ok I have an Asus P6T motherboard and I bought 3 2gb sticks of ram. Well it's only registering 4.00 GB, and I am running off a 64 bit Windows 7 ult. Here is my computer specs

Try reseating the RAM. Also make sure that you've put them in the correct slots. I think its the second fourth and sixth on that motherboard.

Ok, How do I reset ram lol? Also when i switch the ram like my computer wont show on my monitor. its like my monitor isnt getting any connection or anything
