I've been experiencing a Blue screen error while playing sims on my hp dv6000z CTO so I think my video card is starting to fail me. It's a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200 and I know it isn't an amazing video card, but I only play Sims and I haven't had any other problems with my laptop.

Do you guys think it's an isolated problem with my currently installed video card (like one bad apple)?

I'm considering replacing the motherboard and just wanted some general feedback.

Welcome to the forums!

Try reinstalling Windows. A lot of BSOD messages are due to software problems.
