I bought my ATI 4850 when they first came out, and im pretty sure (Can't check cuase im at work) its has DDR2 memory on the card. I was considering buying a second 4850 card and running crossfire with them, but noticed that all the cards on newegg are now DDR3 cards.
I was just curious if a 4850 DDR2 can crossfire with a 4850 DDR3 card? Or will I run into any problems?
Thanks,
Typeo

I'm very sure there aren't any HD 4850's with DDR2 memory, all of them (save one that's GDDR5) use DDR3.
Happy crossfiring.
Oh, and an easy way to check would be to download GPU-z (google it), run it, and it'll show you (and your memory should be at either 993Mhz or 1986Mhz)
WTF? I haven't seen any DDR2 4850s. Anyway you can crossfire a 4850 with any other 4850 regardless of the RAM speed. Crossfire is pretty flexible. Theoretically you could even crossfire a 4850 or 4830 with a 4890, but I don't know of anyone who's tried
