256 flash drives fakes

Hi, I purchesed 2 x 256 gig flash drives on Ioffer, the drives are fakes, I have been intouch with Ioffer about 6 weeks ago I have had no responce from them, is there anything that I can do about.

If you did it online with a credit card, contact issuer of your card and dispute the transaction. Report incident to BBB of Ioffer local ?
