CPU being hijacked

Netstat shows a lot of connections to foreign ip address as soon as I turn on the computer. Have not opened IE8. Virus checkers and Malwarebytes say no problem. So what is cause? How do I fix?

Netstat shows a lot of connections to foreign ip address as soon as I turn on the computer. Have not opened IE8. Virus checkers and Malwarebytes say no problem. So what is cause? How do I fix?

Use a firewall such as zone alarm free which, if you go to the log file, you can view the program and path of the program which is connecting or trying to connect outbound.
