Have a ASUS P8P67 Deluxe Rev 3.0 motherboard. Also bough 12GB of DDR3 1600 memory (2x4GB , 2x2GB). How should I have to distribute these 4 sticks in slots DIMM_A1, DIMM_A2 / DIMM_B1 DIMM_B2?

Put 2 of the 4gb sticks in the Black slots, and put 2 of the 2gb sticks in blue slots.

or you could do it vice versa.

Confirming. As long as both blue slots have the same size and both black slots have the same size, it doesn't matter which order you put them in. I tested the 12GB setup in my ASRock board both ways and the order didn't matter for performance (as long as you follow the "same color = same size" rule).
