hi, im looking for a good gaming monitor mostly for cs:)
id like it to be 20-22", low response time, high refresh time, around 300us dollar. 1920x1020 would be a plus eventhou ill game in 860x600.
im buying from a norwegian site, Amentio.
btw 300 us dollar is around 2000norwegian krones if you search for it on http://www.amentio.no/ProductFinder.aspx?q=c:36167 :) the description there is mostly english so i hope finding a monitore on that site wont be a problem.
:bounce:
i got hd4890 toxic version in case someone wondered;D
thanks in advance

Unfortunatlly, high refresh rate LCD's are hard to come by. Other then that, I would recommend either the Samsung Syncmaster T220/T240HD.

My T240HD comes with listed 10000:1 Contrast Ratio and 2ms Response Time, and the standard 60Hz refresh rate.

A high refresh rate is only needed for competitive gaming (more frames can be displayed) and for when Vsync is on (higher FPS limit). Other then that, 60Hz is fine.

lol still interested in CRTs ?
I'm using both LCD and CRT and i played CS time to time too...but i hardly notice any major difference between the 2 since i still can kill and frag on LCD as good as I did on CRT.
Anyway a samsung T220 or LG2252TQ will do the job for u
both rated 2ms response time
