How to write .iso file to USB bootable

I AM TRYING TO USE A PROGRAM I DOWNLOADED BUT IT IS TO LARGE FOR A DVD-R, DVD-RW...ETC., A DVD-DL IS REQUIRED AND THEY ARE WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR ME AT THIS TIME, I HAVE AN 8 GB FLASHDRIVE THAT HAS NITHING ON IT I WOUKD LIKE TO USE. HOW WOULD I PUT IT ON THE FDRIVE TO INSTAL IT ON MY PC. IT IS A PROGRAM CALLED STARRY NIGHT, IT IS IN MY DOWNLOAD FILE AND WHEN I OPEN IT NERO BURNING ROM POPS UP, AND I DO NOT KNOE IF THAT CAN COPY IT TO MY FLAH DRIVE SO I CAN INSTALL THE PROGRAM.

The seller of the software should be able to help you with info regarding how to save it on media... that is, if you bought the software.
Just FYI, this forum does not condone piracy. If you got the software legally, there should be no problem getting technical support from the manufacturer.

Download ulta iso and Install it then mount it to the virtual drive it creates then install it. You will not need your thumb drive.
