[Motherboard] Which one is best ?

Hi!
I'm having a bit of a trouble in choosing a motherboard and graphic card for my new pc.
Any advise, suggestion, etc., is welcome



Core i5 750
Kingston 2x2gb DDR3 2048/1333mhz
WD HD 1TB SATA II
ATI HD 5770 1GB DDR5

ATI HD 4870 1GB DDR5


So... with these two in mind, between ASUS P7P55D and ASUSP7P55D-LE which one would you choose for each? And between the 4870 and 5770? Are there significant differences between the two motherboards AND graphic cards?
Basically there are 4 types of set ups, so pick the one you think best or make a top4! (additional suggestions again are welcome =D)

Important note: I live in Argentina and prices (as the amount of work to earn the money) are quite different down here. The difference between a 5770 and 4870 is U$S50 and about the same with the motherboards, so please keep in mind that the difference in performance has to be a significant one for me to be profitable.
