Dual Monitor Display Issue - Radeon 4890

I just recently received my ATI Radeon 4890, replacing an 8800GTS.

After my second day of having my Radeon one of my monitors stopped working.

I still receive a green light indicating their is a feed from the GFX card but the monitor isn't displaying anything. Last time I uninstalled, driver cleaned, and reinstalled the drivers the monitor worked for another day or so.

I'm pretty sure this is a driver issue but can't figure out what's going on? I keep messing with the driver options like Force TV detect, Force Component Video detection, Alternative DVI Operational Mode; but I can't get the dang monitor to work.

Any help or knowledge would be great.
