Overclocking 2yr+ old setup

HDD: SEAGATE BARRICUDA 7200 32MB
CASE: NXZT APOLLO /W 2X ENERMAX MAGMA CASE FANS + 1 STOCK FAN
CLEANING ALL DUST, BARELY ANY. REPLACING THERMAL PASTE WITH MX-4, removing it with articlean

Do I need to oc? Gaming computer never overclocked. I can supply temps if you could show me before overclocking. May get another 2gb ram if needed.

Definitely get another 2gb of ram, though you'd probably be better off getting 2 sticks of ddr2 1066 that are 2gb each, and maybe overclock that phenom to 3GHz, i wouldnt push it much harder than that though. 2gb of ram in a system like this is definitely a bottleneck though

Okay 3ghz for the cpu. I'll go for OC service nearby, he'll do it and I'll post what they do just incase he might be wrong? Should ram be overclocked or just get another 2gb stick of 800mhz or 1066mhz if it'll work with 800mhz?

I just installed my brand new Evga 560 Ti FPB, I went on max settings (everything on and high) with PhysX on and it lags...I thought 560 Ti would be good for my monitor. Added in monitor on first post btw.

With 1.2500v up my multiplier to 15 giving it 3ghz, do I need to up my voltage?

Also how do I oc my ram?

RAM: OCZ 2 X 2GB = 4gb total
DDR2 800MHZ
