E4300 Overclock and temp's

Hi

I have a friend with a old Intel E4300 that he wants me to over clock for him.
This is his system specs

Biostar G31M+ - E4300 1.80 GHZ Running at 2.0 GHZ 223.05 X 9.0 VID - 1.3250
2GB DDR2 PC-800 - 5-5-5-15
Stock Heat Sink but with a faster fan
RaidMax Typhoon Case with 4 Fans total
RocketFish 550W PSU
Nvidia 8400GS GPU

Right now it has a slight over clock idle temps hover around 38-39c on both Core's Using Real Temp.
Load temps hover around 48-50c Core Temp with Real Temp (both cores ).
TJMax right now is 51c after running the sensor test with Prime95.

Is this safe if so could I go higher? If this is safe and I can go higher what should be the max Core Temps I should stay below under 100% load?

Any advice would be grateful

Keep your core voltage under 1.50 volts and your load temps under 70 C. And 65 C would be safer.
