All you have to do is connect the fron't panel's e-SATA cable to one of your motherboard's e-SATA connectors. Check your motherboard manual for the location of the onboard e-SATA connector. Most modern motherboards come with one or two e-SATA connectors and they're usually located next to or near the standard internal SATA connectors. Sometimes the e-SATA connectors are a different color than the standard SATA connectors. Sometimes if there are six SATA connectors and they are numbered, the two numbered 5 and 6 might be the e-SATA connectors. Check your motherboard manual for specific details.
