GF8200A -- Updating the Bios

As the title says, I have this board: http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/P [...] 23&LanID=0

I've downloaded the latest bios, and it comes in a .Zip folder. Inside that zip folder there's different files... but what I don't understand is that after I unzip them, they don't all fit on a floppy disk.

Any insight on what I have to do to successfully update my bios?

P.S. -- I'm going to wait until this smester is over .. and then I'm going to install a fresh copy of Windows 7, and, at the same time, update my bios.
