I just installed windows 7, but it says

Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (2.94 GB usable)

How's that possible, I installed 64-bit win7 pro and I should be able to use all 4gig.

I think it's hardware related settings depending of your MoBo

Try this :

Quote :

enter BIOS setup and enable the "Memory Remap Feature" option.
(BIOS / Advanced / Chipset Configuration / Memory Remap Feature)



What is your MoBo Brand/Model ?
