Guest account can not log on eventhough ctrl was pressed

Hello,
When I switch users to my guest account it loads up but I get an "Error" box
appearing on my desk top saying "Access Denied".
Anyone have any idea what is creating the problem?
I also followed ctrl key when log on continuously..
but still not loh on my guest account.Can anyone guide me...

"The Man" says Guest Account is not enabled.
