Converting filesystem on C: boot drive C: from DOS32 to NT..

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.configuration_manage (More info?)

I have two drives on my Win XP Pro machine. The first (C: and D:)  are
formatted to DOS32, my 2nd drive (E: and F:)  are formatted to NTFS. I
inadvertently swapped boot drive (BIOS) primary and secondary cables
when re-building my machine after system crash, before re-installing
Win XP Pro.

Can I convert my DOS32 drive to NTFS without having to re-install, and
re-copy all my files back to drive ?
