Resolution Acting Weird

So i just updated my Geforce 9800 GTX+ with the new nVidia driver update. And after the computer restarted, my monitors recommended resolution, which is 1920 x 1080, was still set to that but there are now black bars around it. Kinda like its been centered. When i change the resolution to anything lower, it fills the whole screen, but not the 1920x1080.

Any Ideas?

Check the refresh rate.

I only have 2 choices, 59Hz and 60Hz and neither of them do anything to help that problem.
