IS NVIDIA GPU'S TOP GPU'S BETTER IN ALL AROUND PERFORMANCE THAN ATI'S 4800'S-S GPU..OR ( TOP RATED)..ALSO WAS TOLD.THAT A GTX-260-OC, OUT PERFORMS A GTX.285...ANY SUGGESTIONS?

well with all the advice and research..I did..just trying to upgrade from system I have now..don't want to put alot of money into my pc ..so decided on going with the gtx 275, and upgrade my mem.to 4 gig..have 2 now..my mobo is a striker extreme,cpu is quad. 6700 ..intel..psu is ocz..700 watt,,..have a 1 x ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler - so think with that upgrade..I should be ok..games wise..what do u think?
