Cant install 16 bit software

Can't install verified 16 bit application (Adobe Photo Delux 4.0) in XP Pro V5.1 SP3. Any suggestions appreciated

@Chucks-spirit: Can you elaborate a little - I recently installed Adobe Photo Deluxe 1.0 in XP/Pro 2002 SP3. It is functional, with just a couple of minor glitches !

After exicuting Setup.exe the 16 bit setup launcher was hanging up after the setup window shows 100%.

I cleared several items out of Windows/temp folder and now I finally got it to load the application.
