I've been gaming on my XFX Geforce 8400GS PC with just 300W PSU for 2 years now & had no problems.
Now i'm planning to upgrade to Radeon HD 4770. I can't upgrade the PSU since its a Lenovo OEM Pc.
Will 4770 be compatible with my pc (also my pc doesn't have a PCI Express power connector and my current gpu draws the current from the motherboard) ?

My PC Config :
Intel Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz HT
Intel 945G chipset
2 GB dual-channel DDR2 ram
80 Gb hard disk
Windows Vista Ultimate SP1

My pc is Lenovo 3000 series 8822 11Q.
Also the problem of upgrading the PSU is that it also supplies power to my Lenovo LCD monitor.

for many reasons? doesnt he just need to upgrade the PSU? or will his motherboard bottleneck the card's performance?
