my monitor will not stay on auto adjust and now everything is blurry and takes maybe 20 seconds to adjust between games and desktop. it was instant on auto adjust, i never had this problem till right after i installed and played team fortress 2. could the game have cause it not to want to stay in auto adjust mode? also im using a hd 3870 if that helps

Reset the monitor to factory settings.
Try the monitor on another computer.
