I'm looking at 2 boards:

1. Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H

2. ECS A785GM-M

I'm in need of a board that has good documentation, OC'able BIOS, ACC and will allow for future upgrades.

I haven't found any direct comparisons between these two. Anyone have some insight?
