Download matshita dvd-ram-uj-850s ata device for windows 7

Hi
I upgraded from windows vista home premium to Windows 7 .But unfortunately now my Dvd/cd drive is not detecting.Please help me guys.Thanks in advance

Could just be a driver glitch, try uninstalling from device manager and the reboot so that W7 can detect it from scratch, it should be supported as it was a popular drive at one point.

I upgraded also from vista to windows 7. My problem is that Windows DVD maker takes soooo much more time. I haven't been able to crete a DVD. I checked to make sure DMA was enabled for both channels and not set to PIO. that was ok. Driver is updated according to windows. Any solutions?
