Hey everyone, I a few days ago purchased this board along with other things. I got the system setup and for some reason, The machine randomly restarts by itself. no blue screen or anything. It even does it WHILE running memtest. It got as far as 2 passes and it did not fail. HDD passes. I have it updated to latest bios and still same issue. I stripped it bare and it still has an issue. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Here is my setup.

Intel DP55WG
Intel i5 750 (stock)
Kingston DDR3 pc1333 ram 4gb (2x2gb)
Aftermarket cooler
WD RE3 250GB x2 in RAID-0
Antec 900 case
Antec True-Power Quattro 850
Nvidia Geforce 8800GTS 320 x2 (SLI x8) superclocked.

i got the same problem here

my setup is:
Intel DP55WG
Intel i5 750 (Box)
Gigabyte NVIDIA Geforce 9800GTX+
Kinstone KVR1333D3N9 / 2G * 4 (for purpose of testing i'm installing only 1 unit)
Seagate 1TB 7200.12 * 4 (for testing purpose i didn't plug in the HDD)
Venom RX Hemotoxin 700W
