ANY sata drive disapears after overclocking

My mobo wont let me see sata after I bump up my cpu's fsb beyond 350mhz (The pc Im on now). The bios just dosent try to even look for sata it only sees ide channels?(im using ide hdd) Ive tried pci e async and the mobo just crashes if i underclock pci e or overclock cpu p.s Ive tried unlocking the 33.33mhz pci lock to no success any Ideas?

Specs:
ASRock Wolfdale1333-d667 (dont know if its 2.0) ver.1.50 bios
cpu- Core 2 Duo E6750
ram- 2x2gb Crucial pc2 6400
700 or 800watt powersupply(one of the two)
Sata dvd ram drive

p.s sata harddrives disapear too

  1. 1. Try resetting the bios(take out the battery and put it back)-and also see if the battery has full capacity(take multimeter and measure it).
  2. Already tried that (bios at stock settings except boot order and ram is config is set to ddr2 667

  5. Is your storage controller set to AHCI for the SATA channels in question?
  6. I didnt see any AHCI option
