P8P67 Pro B3 - as it's a full sized ATX board - which gives you a little more room and space.

The Pro boards offer SLi as well as Crossfire support, which is worth the extra money for the flexibility (in my opinion).

i am owner now MSI P67A GD65 but the old model not with B3
than i asked where i buy it to changed it for free to one of B3 they

than i have to chose new motherboards asus have DIGI+ VRM want best of them

1: ASUS SABERTOOTH P67

2 : ASUS P8P67 Deluxe

3 : ASUS P8P67 PRO

Your RAM should work without problems with any of those mobos, and i'm still preferring the P8P67 Pro.
