2000 dollar budget for first system build, any suggestions?

this is going to be my first build. im including every piece just for the hell of it. im buying from newegg.com. i am posting to get suggestions on solid video card(s) and suggestions on my current parts. i dont know if i will overclock since this is my first build and i dont really understand how to do it yet, thats why i prefer an overclocked gtx 260 for a video card. i prefer evga but i like this msi card i listed below because of the price, im thinking about getting two in sli. im not bent on any one company for products, i just want something thats consIdered a good product. im pretty up to date with whats out there as far as video cards and cpus go, but i am definitely an amateur. help is appreciated. thank you in advance.
