Please tell me how to increase my ram it is 1GB only tell me the way so that no new ram card required and my operating system is WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE

You can either buy RAM with a higher capacity than you already have, buy more RAM modules to fill any remaining DIMM slots or do both.

You need to verify which types of RAM and in what capacities your motherboard supports.
