Help finding boomerang data recovery

Hello,
I have bought Program "Boomerang Data Recovery". Works Perfect. The best program I ever have seen. Results super. But after two times successful data recovery, the program stopped to work. The fail is "Error. Cannot connect to server."
Do every body have the same problem? Is any solution?
I need this program to make to work. Can anybody help me?

Is this error intermitant, or happens all the time ?
Possible, Anti Virus APP or Firewall blocking it, or maybe the server was actually down. Can you "ping" the server ? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314067

Why is it that it has to connect to the internet to recover data? It's wrong. Data recovery programs are standalone. I suggest you to use some cheap data recovery software that offers free trial so you can test if it works correctly. Pick up one from here: http://www.geeksdo.com/data-recovery/

It is not wrong. You just don't understand. It is not connecting to the Internet to recover Data. It is establishing a connection to allow the user to do such things as Register the Product, or Order the product etc. So don't say a reply is wrong when you don't understand how a product works !
