Best cheaper cooler for an i5 2500k?

I am about to buy a Cooler Master Hyper 212+, but just wanted to make sure there wasn't a better one out there in the same price range. My processor is a socket 1155 i5 2500k but my motherboard (ASRock P67 Extreme4 B3) supports coolers for sockets 775, 1155, and 1156.

So, is there a better cooler than the 212+ for my processor that is under $40 or $50 dollars?

That's the best cooler for the price that you can buy in that range.

I agree with SAINT19 for ease of install and ram compatabilty the 212+ is excellent.
Some might recommend the Scythe Mugen 2 which is slightly better but a PITA to install and is troublesome with tall ram kits.

honestly it is the best at it's price range but if your planning to change the fans then it's actually going to cost you more if not the same for a better heatsink.
