Water Cooling Component Compatibility? (And more.)

So this is probably what I'm getting for my water cooling soon, and I'm just wondering if its all compatible? Is this everything I need besides the liquid and fans for the radiator? Any suggestions for water coolant or liquid I'm supposed to use, I was thinking distilled water with some sort of purification agent but I'm still not sure what to use as that yet either. Thanks in advance.
