Personally you are much better off building your own. (my $.02)

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811147073
$25 Rosewill R218-P-BK (nothin special, just a cheap case)
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817702010
$50 BFG GS-550 (good solid PSU)
MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813135234
$60 ECS GF8100VM-M3 (even the onboard for this one is better than the one you listed)
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6819103300
$60 AMD X2 7750
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820227199
$45 OCZ DDR2 800 (2x2GB)
HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6822136113
$48 WD2500AAJS (250GB)
DVD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6827135196
$24 ASUS 22x DVDR/RW

Total, no OS: $312 (not counting MIR, or special/combo deals)

It will run some current games at very low settings and res. It might even work ok for something like WOW. But really, there's no way that computer is worth $175 to anyone. Everything on that setup is beyond obsolete...I'd say maybe $100 might be fair if you could make sure everything works first.

yeah... $175 is pushing it.

If he cleaned the inside for you and routed the cables nicely it might be worth $100
