Is my video card bad

when ever I play streaming live radio stations that are locals for me they wont play. I watch videos on you tube and they skip or stop and start all the time.I watch HULU tv and they do the same. I can listen to down loaded songs and they are not affected . I can listen to a radio station on the internet and they are fine also..

Try updating your version of flash. IIRC HULU uses flash for its content.
