Flickering screen

how do i get into the bios menu of the gateway intel dual core 320GB ram 3gig and turn of the sreen flickering

Usually F2 or DEL will get you into BIOS on most machines.

Screen flickering? I don't think that would be something in the BIOS... Try adjusting your refresh rate to the lowest setting.
