Would DDR memory fit into a computer that uses DDR2 memory?

Many Thanks

lol. That made my day.

It takes a while to get used to what component versions are backwards compatible (like PCI-e 2.0 and 1.0) and which aren't (like DDR, DDR2 and DR3).

A key measure of caution is that is something is different than what is listed for that part (like DDR instead of DDR2) look into it first just to be safe.
