I have a Biostar TF720 A2+ Motherboard - v6.0, GeForce 8100/710a chipset.

I wanted to add a Solid State Drive 16G STT FTM16GL25H Super Talent MasterDrive OX Series.

The bios can see the drive and capacity, but I cannot install an OS on it.



I took the Solid State Drive to work and installed an OS on it using an MSI motherboard with an Intel northbridge chip... it worked great.


I called Super Talent, they said the northbridge on my Biostar(nvidia) must not be compatible.

Does this sound correct to anyone?
