Asrock x58 supercomputer 3 Beep codes

Hi

I have a Asrock x58 supercomputer with intel core i7 920, 12 GB of Supert Talent RAM (6x2GB) and a EVGA GTX 285.

When I turn on the computer is makes 3 short beep sounds and no display signal at all in my monitor.

This is the list of thing I have done so far:

Resetting the CMOS: I put the jumper in the pin 2 and 3 for 15 seconds like the manual says, then I put it in its original position.

I also try to turn the computer on when the jumper was in the pin 2 and 3 (clear position) and the computer wont start with the jumper in that position.

Tested all the ram memorys in the first white module also tested in pairs in the first and second white modules.

Turn the computer on without any memory, it still gives me 3 short beeps.

Turn the computer on without the graphic card, it still gives me 3 short beeps.

Turn the computer on without any memory and graphic card, it still gives me 3 short beeps.

Turn the computer on without the hard drive connected, it still gives me 3 short beeps.

Please help me out I don't know what to do.
