I need help deciding between the two. Whichever one I get, I plan to overclock it. Is the 1100t worth the extra $30?

Hi.

Why not wait until Bulldozer release? What other components do you have?

Regarding the CPU question, save your money.

Phenom II X4 965 = Phenom II X4 955
Phenom II X6 1100T = Phenom II X6 1090T

Both are the same but with different multiplier for different speed, 100MHZ more that you can get with the 1090T rising the multiplier from x16 to x16.5.

It's an upgrade from a athlon II x4 635.

prefer 1100T this chip is Newer form 1090T,
for upgrade wait bulldozer Zambesi... Juni !
