32gb FAT32 to NTFS

Right now I'm formatting this into NTFS from FAT32 on AU size 4096 bytes, would I need to change the AU size to transfer more gb? Like 15gb in one file

Its already on manual eject just need to know what to do on AU size.

More about 32gb fat32 ntfs
  1. Seems to work, how about manually ejecting it how would I do that? Still want to know about the AU size.

    Other than that its solved!
  2. Nope AU size is barely going to make any difference to the final size in terms of GB you get to use on the Drive although it does make a difference in transfer rates from different machines onto the device when it is plugged in....
If you're in the Windows work environment just right click on the drive and eject.....
