Hi, I'm planning to buy the card in the subject of this post. PSU is a Tagan 580W, with 2 modes: split, with 20 Amperes in every 12V rail, and combined, with 35 Amperes. Can this PSU feed this card?. And by the way, will this PSU be able to feed 2 cards like this in the future?.

There is no way you could use that PSU for two cards. I would buy a new PSU before even trying to run even one card. 35amps probably would be the bare minimum for a stock card, let alone a toxic edition.
