Possible fan problem?

Hi I'm running an Intel Quad core Q6660 with stock HSF and no overclocking and only 17 processes active. However I'm getting an idle temperature of around 69C and a maximum of 93C on load.

Could it be that my fan is not cooling my CPU as well as it should and if so whats a good way of getting the temp down with out investing in a after market heatsink (as I'm jobless at the moment)? Also when I do invest in an after market heatsink whats the best one?

I feel like a fool I opened up my machine to be greeted with a dust mites nirvana. A little house work and its now back down to 45C.
