Only if your Windows is NOT installed on this D drive of yours!!!

Ok, lets see:
1. The usual Windows way:
Start>Run, and type gpedit.msc and Enter.
This is Group Policy. Go to User Configuration >Administrative Templates> Windows Components and then click Windows Explorer.
Go to 'Hide specified drives in My Computer'. Double click, enable and choose your D:\ drive, OK.
Besides 'Hide specified drives in My Computer', in the same Windows Explorer ,look for 'Prevent access to drives from My Computer'. Double click , enable, and choose D:\ drive, OK.

2. If you want a fast and easy way, then by TWEAK UI if you have it in Control panel , if not, go here and download it:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-Tweak/TweakUI.shtml
Just go to Drives and uncheck the drive letter. :hello:
