I am in an arguement I'm sure someone can answer. Are there graphic card territories (i.e. PAL, NTSC)?

like my 9800GT wont work in a Japanese PC because its from the USA? pretty sure it will

...but those racist/bigot ATI cards probably wont just on the principal

If you mean the TV output function of the card then it's not an issue. There should be a setting to choose whether you want to output in PAL or NTSC.

good point, but I still never seen them rasist as such, only to MAC :P but than so is Nvida, muahahah
