No. I'd say it worth about $300 with XP.

1gb DDR2 ram is barely 20$, this amd chip is about 40$ (80$ with a board), the video card is about 50$, dvd is 25$, 250gb hd is 40$, XP is about 100$
All sums up:
315$ and I've overpriced lots of things.
