Phenom ii Northbridge Under/Overclocking

I've been playing around with different northbridge and core speeds over the past few months. On my current Phenom ii x4 965 here are the results . What have you guys noticed with different settings? I've only been able to detect a very slight difference besides the increased heat output. I can do 2600mhz NB @ 1.2volts, but lower settings save a ton of heat and allow the cores to go a bit higher.
