OP asked this same question on 2 different threads.
1. Read the stickies at the top of each forum...they are there for a reason. FAQs are just that...frequently asked question and frequently answered questions.
2. Google is your friend. You can find mountains of information by just including keywords and searching.
3. The best thing you can do for yourself is learn so you know what questions to ask. We're here to help, but we are only going to help if you take the time to understand what you are asking about. Filling and draining a loop is pretty basic stuff and it is thoroughly covered on about any watercooling site. Tom's doesn't even have a dedicated WC section; most do.
