Cant access printer from control panel

Hello,
When I try to access my printer from the control panel the program stops responding. There is no way for me to access my printer which no longers works (it's a wireless printer)

When I try to access my printer from the control panel the program stops responding. There is no way for me to access my printer which no longers works (it's a wireless printer)

Have you made HW or SW changes recently, that maybe affected the Printer ? Have you attempted a "system restore" to date prior to when the printer stopped working ?
If no restore available, Click Start > Run > Enter cmd, then enter
sfc /scannow (System File Checker - repairs sys files)

If still a problem:
Device Manager: Click View, then, show hidden files. Locate "Printers", then right click the device. Try updating the driver. If you have your Printer CD, you can also delete the device, then reinstall.
