Crosshair formula 3 CPU heatsink question

Hey guys im hoping you can answer this for me, its really got me worried. I recently bought a crosshair formula 3, but sadly had to RMA it because the north bridge heatsink was messed up (ran at 80 celcius at startup, shut itself off seconds later). Anyway, during my downtime i purchased a Noctua cpu heatsink (link below). I never even thought if it at the time but is there gonna be a size issue? is it gonna fit over my dominator ram?

Worst case scenario will i be able to have 1 fan just sucking from the back instead of 1 pushing? (im buying all new noctua fans for my case so air flow should be good). It seems not many people have this motherboard yet.. as i cant find any info at all about heatsinks for it. Please, any input , insight or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Im really stressing about this ! Thanks
