This is my cheap build for around $1100. I just just want to make sure I used quality parts because this is a first build.

Are you preferring Intel/nVidia? Are you going to SLI?
I would with DDR3 at this budget (along with Phenom II or Core i7).

For RAM & Video
OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 & PNY VCGGTX275XPB GeForce GTX 275 for 290$

CPU & Board
Q8200 & XFX MB750I72P9 for 350$ if you plan on doing multitasking
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Combo [...] mbo.189608
E7400 & XFX MB750I72P9 for 280$ if you plan on gaming/overclocking, similar performance to 8400 and 60$ less.

Come out at 640$ with the Q8200 and at 570$ with the E7400.
With this you get better performances for less money.

But... what are you going to use it with?

I want something that is quiet and runs cool most importantly.
Secondly I want something that is decent at 1900 x 1200 so that I can play crysis.

seeing that your on a budget i would recommend an AMD phenom II man its worth your while man. i have it with a GTX285 and i can play ANY game

Phenom can go a lot further paired with a 790FX chipset and a 4870 (or two?) is a pure killer, costs a lot less than Intel and on your budget you can also invest in some cooling devices to overclock your chip.
